By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Branding & Creative Services
Consulting and Strategy
The exact scope of work will be defined in project proposals, quotations, contracts, or written agreements.
All projects are completed based on the agreed scope of work.
Any additional pages, features, revisions, integrations, or requirements requested after approval may be considered out-of-scope and may require additional time and fees.
Projects are completed in phases and milestones.
Work on the next project phase will not begin until the current milestone payment has been completed and approved.
Delayed payments may result in project delays, temporary suspension of work, or adjusted delivery timelines.
Due to the nature of digital services:
All completed milestones, approved deliverables, consultations, research, strategy work, design work, and development work are non-refundable.
Once a milestone has been completed, approved, or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If a client decides to discontinue a project after work has started, payment remains due for all completed work and approved milestones.
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
Major redesign requests, direction changes, new requirements, or substantial modifications after approval may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
Clients agree to provide:
Required content
Branding assets
Images and media
Feedback and approvals
Access credentials where necessary
Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.
If a project remains inactive due to client inactivity for more than 30 days, the project may be paused.
If work resumes after an extended period, additional fees may apply depending on the remaining scope and scheduling requirements.
All design files, concepts, source files, development files, and project materials remain the property of UIUXServices until full payment has been received.
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, UIUXServices reserves the right to display completed work in:
Portfolios
Case studies
Marketing materials
Social media
Website showcases
for promotional purposes.
Projects may involve third-party services including:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Plugins
APIs
Email services
Analytics tools
Payment gateways
Clients are responsible for any third-party subscription, licensing, hosting, or usage fees unless otherwise agreed.
While best practices are followed during design and development:
UIUXServices does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, lead generation, sales results, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
UIUXServices shall not be held liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Loss of data
Service interruptions
Third-party service failures
Hosting issues
Security breaches caused by third-party platforms
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Any completed work, approved milestones, and outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
